The Refurbishment Process

Our expert technicians remove the wheels from your car and clean the face of the wheel before deflating the tyre. The tyre bead will then be broken to allow the tyre to be pushed back from the rim enabling the whole front fascia to be repaired.

The damaged wheel is repaired and any corrosion removed using various techniques before it is treated and primed in order to prevent further corrosion.

The wheel will then be baked under infra-red lighting and the primer is flattened out to ensure a perfectly smooth finish. This process is done typically two or three times dependent on the amount of damage in order to give the best possible finish.

The wheel is wet sprayed to the original OEM colour or the colour of your choice. Usually two or three coats are then baked under the infra-red lighting again before having the clear coat added to give it that extra protection and shiny finish. Usually two coats are applied before placing back under the infra-red lighting for the last time ensuring it is completely dry before the tyre is inflated and finally refitted back to your car.
